The Gosport Diving Museum, the first diving museum in the UK, recently opened. The BBC has an audio slideshow showcasing some of the exhibits. The new museum claims to have the best range of scuba diving equipment on display in all of Europe. Have you been to the Gosport museum? Is it worth the high praise?
A new game inspired by scuba diving is truly terrifying. Depth graphically pits divers versus sharks in a battle to the death. With several shark species being endangered or vulnerable, the last thing we need is first-person-shark-shooter game.

Smallville’s Supergirl, Laura Vandervoort, is set to star in the scuba-themed adventure movie Into the Blue 2: The Reef alongside Chris Carmack. The movie comes out on April 21st in the United States.
The movie is directed by Stephen Herek, who also directed Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure.
Stephen Colbert recently had some fun with a recent discovery of an ancient marine creature: Predator X. Only Colbert could tie this amazing discovery to Jesus and scuba.
The March 2 episode of CSI Miami will feature a scuba diving gangster plot. A scuba equipment supplier from Ontario, Canada was surprised to be offered a non-speaking underwater role in the episode when he travelled to Miami with his scuba equipment that was to be featured in the episode.
